Service Description

This is a single free-flowing coaching session where we can achieve clarity of a particular issue you would like to overcome, become aware of, or solve. It is advised to book a discovery call to have some clarity around coaching, what it entails and if it's right for you. This session lasts for 35 minutes. After the session, you will get a feedback sheet with what has been discussed with homework, tips and affirmations.
